marvnBoost is owned and operated by Marlin Media Ltd, a company incorporated under the Laws of Malta, having company registration number C 99792 and registered address at Level G (Office 1/0527), Quantum House, 75, Abate Rigord street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1120, Malta (“Company”/”Our”/”Us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user of the Platform (“User”/”You”/”Your”) and the Company.

By registering an account on the Platform, You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must refrain from using the Platform.

When using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to contract in Your jurisdiction;

marvnBoost is an AI-powered content generation tool that enables Users to generate gambling-related content by leveraging Our proprietary game and casino database, which is updated daily and contains accurate information on thousands of slots and online casinos and Our search crawler, which browses the internet for relevant sources on specific topics.

To generate content, Users must first select a topic by one of the following methods:

• Selecting from Our predefined topics to generate content from Our database; or
• Entering a specific topic of Your choice.

Once a topic has been selected, the Platform will search through the relevant sources and, by identifying and processing the topic's essential data points and features, will produce complete and publication-ready content of the following types:

• Slot Reviews – detailed reviews including information on return to player rates, volatility, maximum wins, the provider and gameplay analysis.
• Casino Reviews – comprehensive operator reviews including information on bonuses, game selection, payment methods and licensing.
• News Articles – industry news articles generated from User-submitted topics.

All content generated through the Platform is subject to Our in-built fact checkers prior to delivery. Once generated, content may be downloaded directly from the Platform’s dashboard as a Word document, delivered directly to WordPress if the plugin has been enabled, or generated through our REST API.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

You are prohibited from using this Service if You are:

• Suspended or banned from using the Platform.

You agree that You shall use the Service in compliance with these Terms and in adherence with Our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not access or use the Service in an illegal, harmful or otherwise abusive manner. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent Your identity, age, or location, or provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• Input, upload, generate, or distribute any harmful, misleading, offensive, or illegal content, including content that could harm minors or vulnerable persons;
• Generate content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property of third parties;
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes or to resell access to the Platform or Our proprietary database;
• Use the Service or Our proprietary database to develop, train, market or support a competing product or service or any product or service that is substantially similar to our Service;
• Engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the availability, functionality or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Service, Our systems, databases, AI algorithms, or other Users’ accounts;
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape or extract data without Our permission;
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security measures, rate limits or access restrictions of the Service;
• Distribute, introduce or utilize any malware, virus, worm, trojan horse or any other malicious or harmful code; and
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure or underlying algorithms of the Platform or any component thereof.

The Company retains the right to initiate investigations on any wrongdoing and may take the necessary measures against violations of this Policy, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.

Your personal data shall be collected and used in accordance with Our Privacy Notice, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms. These Terms and the Privacy Notice together form the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the use of this Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to Our Privacy Notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Material losses, loss of data, business or goodwill;
• Damages resulting from your unauthorised use or misuse of the Service; and
• Third-party action or content.

In any case, Our total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid Us in the 4 months preceding Your claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, the Company and all its directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable laws; and
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, it is agreed that we shall first attempt good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute. Any legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts in Malta.

We retain the right to make modifications to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If You disagree with the changes, you must stop using Our Service.

We shall notify You of any material changes to these Terms.
